Prepare a clearer brief for your custom silicone mold or gift project. These checklists help identify the information to discuss before quotation, sampling and production approval.
Your quotation checklist
| Specification | What to discuss |
|---|---|
| Product and application | Product category, intended use and destination market. |
| Design files | Artwork, sketch, reference images or 3D files, with the current version identified. |
| Dimensions | Length, width, height or depth with units and any critical tolerances. |
| Material and finish | Preferred material, colors, surface treatment and logo details. |
| Quantity | Estimated total and any size, color or design breakdown. |
| Packaging and destination | Individual or bulk packaging, labels, destination and target delivery date. |
| Special requirements | Operating conditions, intended audience, testing or documentation needs. |
Artwork and design references
Provide the clearest files available. Include dimensioned drawings for critical geometry, multiple views for 3D products and color references where matching matters. Tell us which elements must remain unchanged and which can be adjusted.
If the quote form does not accept your file type or size, describe the file in your message and use the contact options on our Contact page. Keep the project name in your message.
Before approving a sample
Check dimensions, shape, artwork placement, colors, finish, function and packaging against the agreed specification. Review the sample under the intended use conditions and record any changes clearly.
Before approving an order
Confirm the design version, quantity breakdown, approved sample reference, packaging, estimated schedule and shipping arrangement. Agree any required documentation or tests before production begins.
