Custom manufacturing begins with a shared specification. Use the steps below to prepare your idea, clarify open questions and agree the details before an order proceeds.
1. Define the product and its use
Share a drawing, sketch, reference image or 3D file. Include the dimensions, intended application, estimated quantity and delivery destination. Identify which requirements are fixed and which can be discussed.
2. Agree design and material requirements
Discuss product geometry, material preference, color, logo treatment, finish and packaging. Specify any operating conditions, age-group requirements, testing or destination-market documentation that the product needs.
3. Review the quotation and sample plan
Clarify tooling, development, sample and production requirements. Agree what the sample must demonstrate, how it will be checked and which details need approval before production.
4. Approve the production specification
Confirm the design version, dimensions, colors, material, finish, packaging and quantity breakdown. Keep any approved changes together so the order refers to one agreed specification.
5. Confirm delivery details
Discuss the destination, shipping arrangement, packing details and estimated schedule with the quotation. Timing depends on the agreed scope, sample approval and order requirements.
